Introduction

Reveleer is committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring that your personal information is handled in a safe and responsible manner. This Cookie Policy explains how we use cookies on our marketing website to support its functionality, analyze usage, and improve your experience.

This Cookie Policy applies only to the Reveleer marketing websites at reveleer.com and go.reveleer.com. It does not apply to Reveleer's authenticated platform, which contains protected health information (PHI) and other customer data. Reveleer's use of any cookies or similar technologies within the authenticated platform is governed by its customer agreements, applicable business associate agreements (BAAs), and HIPAA, not by this Cookie Policy.

What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files that are placed on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work more efficiently and to provide information to the website owners. Cookies can be "session" cookies, which are deleted when you close your browser, or "persistent" cookies, which remain on your device until they expire or you delete them.

For simplicity, all such technologies are defined as "Trackers" within this document - unless there is a reason to differentiate.

For example, while cookies can be used on both web and mobile browsers, it would be inaccurate to talk about cookies in the context of mobile apps as they are browser-based Tracker. For this reason, within this document, the term cookies is only used where it is specifically meant to indicate that particular type of Tracker.

Some of the purposes for which Trackers are used may also require the User's consent. Whenever consent is given, it can be freely withdrawn at any time following the instructions provided in this document.

This Website uses Trackers managed directly by the Owner (so-called "first-party" Trackers) and Trackers that enable services provided by a third party (so-called "third-party" Trackers). Unless otherwise specified within this document, third-party providers may access the Trackers managed by them. The validity and expiration periods of cookies and other similar Trackers may vary depending on the lifetime set by the Owner or the relevant provider. Some of them expire upon termination of the User's browsing session.

In addition to what's specified in the descriptions within each of the categories below, Users may find more precise and updated information regarding lifetime specifications as well as any other relevant information - such as the presence of other Trackers - in the linked privacy policies of the respective third-party providers or by contacting the Owner.

The Trackers we use are not limited to cookies. They also include:
• Pixels and web beacons, small pieces of code that record when a page or email is viewed and capture related activity.
• Embedded scripts and local storage, code that runs in your browser to enable features and collect usage information.
• Fingerprinting techniques, including canvas fingerprinting. These do not store a file on your device. Instead, they collect a combination of characteristics about your device and browser, such as how your browser renders graphics and your screen and font settings, and combine them into an identifier that can recognize your device across visits. We use canvas fingerprinting on this website for preventing fraudulent or automated form submissions and detecting bot activity. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, this identifier is treated as a unique personal identifier and as personal information. Because we use it only to keep the site secure and to prevent fraud, we treat it as an Essential Tracker that is always active.

How we use cookies

We use cookies for a variety of reasons, including to:
• Enhance Site Performance: Cookies help us to improve the speed and performance of our website, ensuring that it functions smoothly.
• Analyze Site Usage: We use cookies to collect information about how visitors interact with our website. This information helps us understand which areas of the site are most popular and how we can improve our services.
• Functionality: Cookies allow us to remember your preferences and provide enhanced features. For example, they remember your preferences so the site works the way you expect.
• Advertising and Targeting: Cookies help us to deliver relevant advertisements to you. They enable us to show you ads that are tailored to your interests, based on your browsing behavior.
• Marketing: We use cookies to track the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns. This helps usunderstand what works best and how we can improve our marketing efforts.
• Third-Party Cookies: We may also use cookies provided by trusted third-party services. These cookies may track your interactions with their services and help them deliver personalized content.

Types of cookies we use

• Session Cookies: These are temporary cookies that remain on your device until you close your browser. They help us to remember your actions during a single browsing session.
• Persistent Cookies: These cookies remain on your device for a specified period or until you delete them. They help us to remember your preferences and actions across multiple browsing sessions.

Tracker categories and your choices

We group Trackers into the categories below. These are the same categories shown in the cookie preferences panel on this website. Essential Trackers are always active because the site cannot function without them. You can accept or decline each of the other categories.

• Essentials. Necessary for the site to function. Always on. Providers include Cloudflare and Google reCAPTCHA. This category also includes canvas fingerprinting, which we use only to detect and prevent bots, fraud, and automated abuse. This security use is separate from the device fingerprinting that Marketing Trackers such as Vector use to identify visitors, described under Marketing below.
• Analytics. Measures usage and helps us improve your experience. Providers include HubSpot, Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, PostHog, and Hotjar.
• Personalization. Maintains your preferences and provides relevant features. Providers include LiveChat.
• Marketing. Supports tailored advertising and promotional content. Providers include LinkedIn, Google Ads, ZoomInfo, and Vector. Vector identifies individual visitors to the website using device fingerprinting and an identity-matching network, and builds advertising audiences synced to platforms such as LinkedIn and Google. Identifiers collected through Vector are treated as a sale or sharing of personal information, subject to the Do Not Sell or Share opt-out and the Global Privacy Control.

Managing cookies

Users can set or update their preferences via the relevant privacy choices panel available on this Website or by clicking here to open the cookie preferences panel.

With regard to any third-party Trackers, Users can manage their preferences and withdraw their consent via the related opt-out link (where provided), by using the means indicated in the third-party's privacy policy, or by contacting the third party.

You can control and manage cookies in various ways. Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies through their settings. However, please be aware that if you choose to disable cookies, some features of our website may not function properly.

Users may also manage certain categories of Trackers used on mobile apps by opting out through relevant device settings such as the device advertising settings for mobile devices or tracking settings in general (Users may open the device settings and look for the relevant setting).

For more information on how to manage cookies in your browser, please visit the help pages of your browser.

We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal sent by your browser. When we detect a GPC signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of the sale and sharing of your personal information, including identifiers collected through Marketing Trackers.

You can also opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information through the contact form at https://www.reveleer.com/company/contact.

Browser controls do not remove canvas fingerprinting, because it does not rely on files stored on your device. Because we use it only for security and fraud prevention, we treat it as an Essential Tracker that is always active.

How to opt out of interest-based advertising

Notwithstanding the above, Users may follow the instructions provided by Your Online Choices (EU andUK), the Network Advertising Initiative (US) and the Digital Advertising Alliance (US), DAAC (Canada), DDAI (Japan) or other similar services. Such initiatives allow Users to select their tracking preferences for most of the advertising tools. The Owner thus recommends that Users make use of these resources in addition to the information provided in this document. The Digital Advertising Alliance offers an application called AppChoices that helps Users to control interest-based advertising on mobile apps.

Consequences of denying the use of trackers

Users are free to decide whether or not to allow the use of trackers. However, please note that trackers help this Website to provide a better experience and advanced functionalities to Users (in line with the purposes outlined in this document). Therefore, if the User chooses to block the use of trackers, the Owner may be unable to provide related features.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Cookie Policy at any time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We encourage you to review this policy periodically to stay informed about how we use cookies.
